About Us 

Our firm was initially founded by Dr. Jason Monahan, PhD,  in 2004 under the DBA ,"PACIS," and has expanded its services since then, becoming Your Change Manager, LLC. Jason has over 20 years presence in healthcare, both bedside and in various management roles. Our comprehensive team includes Board Certified Nurse Executives, Nurse Educators, Nurse Researchers, and have access to other consultant services as needed. Our experience includes acute care, long term care, with both inpatient and outpatient based-services.  We pride ourselves on providing outstanding customer service to order to guarantee that all of our clients are 100% satisfied.
