Your Change Manager (YCM) began in 2005 as Proactive Approach Coordinating Individualized Services (DBA: PACIS). Since its inception, our team of professionals has been committed to empowering individuals and organization to continually challenge status quo. We immediately found that many organizations and their employees really struggle with change and change management, and suffer from what we call, .change anguish.. Change anguish leads to stagnancy, complacency and ultimately organizational demise. Our unique team is comprised of management professionals, change agents, quality control agents, educators, IS/IT liaisons, and diversity experts. We have also found that a small team of outsiders (as an unbiased third party) can interview employees and delve into the real issues and can recognize and un-do years of mismanaged individuals in an exponentially less time than if an organization looks and acts introspectively.
